The small print
Terms and Conditions
Clear terms so there are no surprises on either side.
1. Quotes and pricing
A fixed price is agreed with you before any work begins. Labour is included in the price quoted and no VAT is charged. A minimal mileage charge may apply for work further from Olney and is confirmed before travel.
2. Call-out fee
There is no call-out fee. It is covered within the first hour's labour where work is carried out.
3. Method of work
Non-destructive entry techniques are used wherever possible. Drilling is avoided unless absolutely necessary and, where it is required, this is explained to you before proceeding.
4. Proof of entitlement
For any entry work, proof that you are entitled to access the property may be requested before work is carried out.
5. No subcontracting
All work is carried out personally by Jack Revitt. Work is never passed to a third-party contractor.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance.
7. Insurance and credentials
JIR Locksmith is professionally trained, DBS checked and insured. Evidence of training, DBS check and insurance is available upon request.
